We are currently looking for a full-time (40 hours) or part-time (minimum 30 hours) team member to join our team in Hamburg immediately or by arrangement, Monday to Friday.


Responsibilities:

  • As a valuable team member in customer service and dispatch, you will maintain contact with a selected group of customers and manage internal and external correspondence.
  • You will diligently schedule and monitor appointments for field staff, organize meetings and prepare customer lists.
  • In addition, you will independently handle written correspondence and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • You will also present our portfolio to our customers.
  • As part of reporting, you will prepare project reports, create evaluations and statistics, and continuously maintain the customer database.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
  • In addition, you have previous work experience as an assistant or team assistant, or in a similar position, such as administration or customer service.
  • Proficiency in common MS Office programs
  • Office 365, especially Excel and Teams,
