- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, considering the unique requirements and constraints of healthcare construction projects.
- Oversee budgetary aspects of the project, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes specific to healthcare construction, such as HIPAA regulations, building codes, and healthcare facility guidelines, to guarantee the safety and integrity of the constructed facility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns, provide progress updates, and facilitate collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold construction standards and mitigate risks associated with healthcare projects, including safety hazards, infection control measures, and adherence to medical facility requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and labor resources, optimizing workflow efficiency and minimizing delays in project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, budget variance, and any potential issues or delays affecting project delivery.
- 7-15 years of General Contracting experience with at least 5 years in a Project Management role
- At least 2 years of experience in Healthcare Construction, specifically in a Hospital environment
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent preferred
- Experience utilizing Procore, Primavera P6, and/or Microsoft Project
- ICRA Certification is a huge plus
