    As the Civil Project Manager, you will manage a variety of projects and a strong team in the highway/civil project market. You'll have projects vary between private and public owners having a variety of delivery methods from lump sum, negotiated and design build work.

    Requirements include:

    • BS in Construction Management or Engineering and 3+ years of road/highway construction experience.
    • Knowledge of and experience in the road/highway and civil project markets.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
    • Experience managing self-performed work is required.
    • Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.
    • Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
    • Prefer experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, HCSS/Heavy Job/Heavy Bid, Microsoft Project and/or P6, Procore and HCSS.
    • Experience with a general contractor is preferred

    Ideal candidate will have 6+ years civil project management experience and demonstrate a personable demeanor, be highly communicative and collaborative with the drive to learn, grow and manage others up to their potential.
