Your main responsibilities:
Data maintenance in our project management software, creating offers, supporting the site manager in scheduling service providers, planning and monitoring maintenance work, project documentation and support in project controlling, site inspections and quality management

Your profile:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience

Additional requirements:
Ideally, you already have professional experience in a trade company, you are proficient in MS Office programs and are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with our internal software solutions, you have a structured and careful working style, you are highly motivated and a team player, you have excellent communication skills, you have very good written and spoken German, and you are eager to take on responsibility
