We are looking for a Storekeeper to maintain inventory accuracy and handle material requests that come into the department, which in effect, aids the company in reaching short and long term goals.

The use of administrative, technical and investigative skills in handling shipping and receiving processes is also essential in finding problems which would result in system failures that can impact different departments.

Essential job functions will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Issue and credit materials with a high degree of fill rates and accuracy.
Operate CDL equipment and other motorized equipment.
Coordinate with crews on material mainline priority requirements, materials staging, and change orders.
Process shipping and receiving.
Analyze Materials and Work Orders.
Collaborate over work orders.
Compile information for work orders and Inventory Accuracy via cycle and test counts.
Investigate discrepancies with work orders.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or recognized equivalent is required. A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in warehousing, inventory or parts distribution is required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:

Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization.
Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of generally accepted inventory management principles.

Other Requirements:

Must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License or be able to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
Must obtain Forklift operating certification while employed with NOVEC.
