Working primarily via Telehealth, our BCaBAs can serve children across the state of Arizona with the option of providing in-person support as it fits your needs and the needs of your clients.
In addition, our BCaBAs participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with their local BCBA supervisor to benefit from clinical support and collaboration for clinical decision making.

Responsibilities
Meet weekly with your BCBA supervisor for guidance and decision-making assistance, with regards to the following responsibilities:
- Oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, including analyzing data and making program updates as needed
- Conduct ongoing supervision of RBTs on their implementation of ABA procedures & provide appropriate feedback to aid in the efficacy of our behavior change programs
- Implement caregiver training programs for families of all backgrounds
- Work with your BCBA supervisor to assist with progress reports for clients biannually, or as required by the funding source
- Work with your BCBA supervisor to assist with skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) based on the needs of the client
- Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other service professionals (SLP, OT, PT, school teachers) based on the needs of the client
- Navigate Central Reach software for collecting and analyzing data
Experience
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Must be open to working with clients via Telehealth, with the option to work with clients inperson if desired
- Central Reach experience preferred but not required
- Must work well with children, parents, and other service professionals
- Willing to have background check
