What you will do

You will work closely with our facility management team and external service providers as a construction officer and adapt the current infrastructure to new requirements.

Specifically, you will take on the following tasks:

Evaluation of new concepts and technologies used for energy saving and achieving climate neutrality
Identification of energy saving potentials in the IMS and planning and implementation of corresponding energy saving projects
Coordination of new construction projects and structural changes (e.g. construction of photovoltaic systems) from tendering to implementation of measures
Application for energy-related funding
Establishment of energy monitoring and documentation and reporting

What you bring

Completed master's or diploma studies in the fields of building, energy, climate, environmental engineering, civil engineering, building physics or comparable with relevant professional experience
Sound technical background knowledge in the field of technical building equipment or process and energy-related systems
Ability to work in a team-oriented and independent manner as well as a strong desire for design
Negotiation skills in German and English
Excellent presentation skills
