What you will do
You will work closely with our facility management team and external service providers as a construction officer and adapt the current infrastructure to new requirements.
Specifically, you will take on the following tasks:
- Evaluation of new concepts and technologies used for energy saving and achieving climate neutrality
- Identification of energy saving potentials in the IMS and planning and implementation of corresponding energy saving projects
- Coordination of new construction projects and structural changes (e.g. construction of photovoltaic systems) from tendering to implementation of measures
- Application for energy-related funding
- Establishment of energy monitoring and documentation and reporting
What you bring
- Completed master's or diploma studies in the fields of building, energy, climate, environmental engineering, civil engineering, building physics or comparable with relevant professional experience
- Sound technical background knowledge in the field of technical building equipment or process and energy-related systems
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and independent manner as well as a strong desire for design
- Negotiation skills in German and English
- Excellent presentation skills
