    Position Summary
    The Project Manager will report to a Senior Manager in Practice Technology - Disputes.

    Requirements include 4+ years of law firm, eDiscovery vendor, or Big4 eDiscovery experience, with a strong emphasis on bankruptcy, disputes, white collar, competition, international arbitration, and disclosure in general.

    This is a highly technical role, requiring familiarity with day to day operations and use of eDiscovery technology including data processing tools, hosting platforms (Relativity experience required) and analytics/TAR/Predictive Coding (Relativity or Brainspace strongly preferred).The successful candidate will have an interest in, and be enthusiastic to adopt, new technologies in the legal sector including the use of GenerativeAI to enhance review workflows.

    Aptitude and awareness of the evolving legal technology and automation landscape a strong preference.

    The position will be responsible for supporting senior team members in edisocvery activities, as well as overseeing, coordinating and tracking project progress and workflow from inception to trial.

    Strong Relativity database and analytics experience required.

    Strong experience with Brainspace workflows and analytics a plus (or similar applications).Experience designing eDiscovery databases and reports; reviewing and quality checking database data loads; coordinating complex projects; developing recommendations, plans, cost estimates, budgets, procedures, and specifications for case-specific projects from discovery to trial phase; drafting project proposals and provide status reports; providing end user support and customer service; troubleshooting litigation support firm applications; processing experience a plus.

    This position requires flexibility in work hours, and will probably include periodically working evenings and weekends.

    Also necessary are strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines, effectively manage multiple responsibilities, and meet budget and deadline demands.

    Familiarity with trial presentation software, Sanction or Trial Director is preferred. Faimilirity with on-line presentation services like Opus, TrialView, or Legal Radius is a plus. On-site trial experience is a plus.
    Responsibilities
    ̈


    Working with case teams to plan electronic discovery projects for both ESI and paper files, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI.

    ̈


    Working with internal e-discovery solutions as well as our Managed Services partner or other external vendors to support and oversee all eDiscovery/Disclosure matters handled both internally and externally.

    ̈

    Overseeing each project and ensuring quality and success through actions.
    ̈


    Supporting senior team members in e-discovery activities, including but not limited to data processing, document productions, document searches, imports and exports of data, and responding to case team requests.

    ̈

    Consulting with case teams regarding best practices for document management, electronic discovery, and matter workflow.
    ̈

    Preparing recommendations, budgets, and project plans.
    ̈

    Communicating with case teams on discovery management issues, such as budget status and production planning.
    ̈

    Reporting to case teams, senior team members, and management on project status.
    ̈

    Tracking and analyzing incoming client data.
    ̈

    Designing databases in vendor applications and internal litigation support applications.
    ̈

    Advising and recommending vendor selection.
    ̈

    Perform other duties necessary and essential to support the firm's strategic technology goals.
    ̈

    Ability to travel domestic and internationally to support cases
    ̈

    Tracking time (both billable and non-billable) in the firm's time tracking application.
    Qualifications
    ̈

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; technical degree preferred.
    ̈

    RCA Certification strongly preferred.
    ̈

    Project management and business analysis certification a plus, PMP or ACEDS.
    ̈


    5+ years of experience working with and managing electronic discovery projects in corporate legal departments, law firms, or any other eDiscovery environment.

    ̈

    Thorough knowledge of Relativity (including Relativity Analyticvs and RAR) and preferably at least three other of the following Firm Applications:

    VenioOne, Brainspace, OpusMagnum, Trial Director, Concordance/Opticon, Case Map/Time Map, ReadySuite, Intella, EDT, eZReview, CaseRooms, Servient etc.

    Familiarity with e-Discovery cloud solutions a big plus.
    ̈

    Experience managing large document reviews, including the application of TAR and TAR2 (CAL) models.
    ̈

    Experience training users on firm applications in classroom setting a plus.
    ̈


    Thorough knowledge of the electronic discovery process, including evolving standards created through case law, rulemaking, and groups such as EDRM and The Sedona Conference.

    ̈


    Thorough, detailed knowledge of hardware and software utilized for information retrieval and archiving; ongoing deep, broad, and current knowledge of emerging products and technological solutions.

    ̈

    Experience in analyzing data processing reporting generated by vendors and internal processing.
    ̈

    Experience with government investigation matters and managing the data deliverables.
    ̈

    Experience managing cases across multiple offices, domestic and/or international, on large matters.
    ̈

    Able to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and client service orientation.
    ̈

    Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
    ̈

    Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
    ̈

    Possess superb written and verbal communication skills to enable effective and professional communication with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
    ̈

    Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Access, Power BI, Tableau, otherdata visualization software; a great plus.
    ̈

    Able to manage time and resources to meet or exceed established service level agreements
    ̈

    Flexibility to switch between remote, hybrid, and full in-office schedules, should the firm's policy change with that regard.
    ̈

    Flexibility to work at different times to support ongoing project needs
