    • Maximum: $123,625.00

    Job Summary

    The Report Writer III plays a key role in data consolidation, analysis, and management reporting. This position involves using software to create metrics, providing valuable recommendations, and supporting teams or management by analyzing data and presenting results. Additionally, collaborating with various teams to drive business outcomes.

    Duties

    Tasks include administering databases, consolidating and analyzing data, and producing management reports. Working closely with end users to gather report requirements, ensure appropriate testing, and validation, while offering support on standardized and customized reports. Serving as a liaison with the IT department.

    Furthermore, conducting technical and analytical tasks to meet the department's functional and reporting needs, identifying system requirements, and actively participating in system upgrades and implementations.

    Presenting report data in a user-friendly manner, communicating effectively to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information, and educating requestors on the best parameters to obtain the required information.

    Other assigned duties should also be carried out effectively.

    Education Required

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. In the absence of a degree, equivalent education and experience will be considered.

    Education Preferred

    Experience

    Required:

    3-5 years of experience in healthcare data, focusing on report development, expertise in Access, SQL, or Oracle database within a healthcare context, proficiency in claims and/or encounter data.

    Prior experience in healthcare, particularly with the QNXT core system, and over 5 years of system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

    Preferred:

    3 years of programming and data analysis in healthcare, along with 5 years of working with Medi-Cal managed care or commercial healthcare data. Experience in Core membership systems implementations, managing system implementations, and system testing.

    Prior involvement in project management structures is a plus.

    Skills

    Required:

    Proficient in report development methodologies, capable of choosing the right methods for assignments. Excellent communication, analytical, coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills. Ability to conduct detailed root cause analysis and suggest alternative solutions, while working efficiently under time constraints.

    Preferred:

    Knowledge of 837 and NCPDP file formats.

    Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Enrollment Services:

    Manage database, data consolidation, and various reporting responsibilities for Customer Solutions Center including Enrollment Services, Even MORE, Call Center, and Appeals & Grievances. Collaborate with end users for report requirements, testing, and validation. Serve as an intermediary with the IT department.

    Salary Range Disclaimer: The provided salary range is influenced by factors such as location, experience, and market conditions, and it may vary.

    This role is temporary and lasts between one to two years unless terminated earlier. Full-time positions like this one receive complete benefits.
