    Job Description: Seeking an experienced Paralegal with a passion for personal injury and medical malpractice law. If you have 3+ years of experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow your career, this opportunity is for you

    Responsibilities:

    Support attorneys by drafting and filing legal documents.

    Conduct research on case law and regulations.

    Manage case files and coordinate document production.

    Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.

    Assist with deposition preparation and trial briefs.

    Attend court hearings and legal proceedings.

    Handle administrative tasks to support attorneys and firm management.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.

    3+ years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law.

    Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Familiarity with legal research and document management software.

    Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
