Location:
Greater Freeport area. Remote - work from your home

Schedule: 5 pm - 1 am five days/week, preferably Tuesday - Saturday

Salary range:
$16-19 per hour, depending upon experience


Job Summary:
answer all incoming service calls and either fixing the issue remotely or dispatching appropriate service technician. This job requires excellent communication skills and the ability to discern the best solution to every call.


Responsibilities
The Customer Care Specialist position includes the following duties and responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients regarding technical issues with VGTs or RTs.
• Repair remotely any units possible using prescribed tools.
• If repair isn't possible, dispatch a technician based on time of day and location of repair to effect proper customer care.
• Contacting Light and Wonder regarding machines requiring reinitialization, assuming responsibility for endtoend remote repair of nontechnician required issues.
• Fill out all repair forms to ensure proper timing of repair and machine involved. If a technician needs to be called, follow up with the technician to ensure proper repair completion time.
• Weekly reports detailing total calls, machines involved, issues encountered, technician dispatches and total repair time.
• Outbound calls regarding new liquor license approvals to facilitate possible future sales.
• Checking in with locations regarding satisfaction with repairs and addressing any other concerns the location may have.
• Analytics include monthly reports on repair times and locations.
• Key and lock tracking reports as well as standard inventory.
• Work as needed to assist in other company business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year of relevant experience.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
