- Bachelors degree in civil engineering (Masters degree preferred with focus on transportation).
- PE and PTOE preferred.
- 5-7 Years of project experience.
- Working knowledge of standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam) as well as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Sunchro, Vissim, and InRoads.
- Experience in roadway projects for CTDOT, MassDOT, NHDOT, RIDOT desired.

Traffic Engineers with minimum of 5-7 years of experience encompassing strong transportation/corridor planning, traffic analysis, traffic impact study preparation, signal design, intersection traffic control design, parking studies, maintenance and protection of traffic, and micro and macro modeling.
