Your career start at KfW

  • At the beginning of your studies, you will set your individual priorities through a combination of various elective modules and contractually agree on them with us. Elective modules are offered in the areas of Digital Finance, Development Credit Business, and Specific Risk Management.
  • According to your chosen focus, you will go through different departments at KfW and gain insights into various areas of expertise.
  • Every three months, you will switch from practical work at KfW to theoretical studies at the DHBW Karlsruhe. The curriculum includes banking-specific content as well as economic, legal, and mathematical subjects. You will also develop methodological and social skills during your studies.
  • With additional courses in Business English and supportive seminars, we will prepare you for an excellent degree.
  • Of course, we offer an attractive training allowance and cover 100% of the semester fees at DHBW.
