You regularly visit your existing and new customers and strive to build and maintain a partnership with them. In doing so, you identify current and future business potentials.
With a well-planned visit schedule and careful preparation and follow-up, you conduct professional customer conversations. You advise your customers on our products and services.
You create and track offers in close cooperation with our inside sales team. You are responsible for negotiating and agreeing on terms and conditions.
In consultation with your supervisor, you develop and plan the budget for your customer base.
You record your activities and successes in the CRM system to keep yourself and your team up to date.
