Rest Haven, IL is a municipal housing company with a portfolio of over 7,400 residential units and a balance sheet of approximately €600 million. In addition to managing our existing properties, our main tasks include implementing urban development and construction projects. Our company currently employs over 115 staff members.
We are currently seeking a
Project Manager (m/f/d)
to strengthen our Technical Department at the earliest possible date.


Your responsibilities:

  • Independently organize and manage complex construction projects in residential and public buildings
  • Serve as a point of contact for our employees and partners
  • Take responsibility for projects from cost estimation to completion and handover
  • Contribute to project development
  • Actively manage and ensure deadlines and building quality
  • Manage budgets and monitor construction site results
  • Assist with subcontractor procurement
  • Oversee and coordinate defect management

Your profile:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering (specializing in building construction), or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in project management; we also give motivated beginners a chance
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders
  • Strong assertiveness
  • Flexibility, performance orientation, and teamwork
  • Customer and serviceoriented mindset
