Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Hand. As a Farm Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our farm. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment, such as tractors, loaders, and skid steers, to assist with farm tasks
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure proper functioning
- Assist with equine care, including feeding, grooming, and exercising
- Provide general animal care, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring health
- Perform general farm duties such as fencing, mowing, and landscaping
- Safely operate power tools for various tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with equine care practices is beneficial
- General knowledge of animal care is preferred
- Familiarity with power tool operation is beneficial
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour
