    About the opportunity:

    We are in search of a data-driven Technical Product Manager with a passion for solving complex, real-world problems to join our automation team. Reporting directly to our cofounder/CEO and working alongside our talented software engineers, designers, data scientists, and operations teams, you will be responsible for a segment of our core insurance product. Your role will involve enhancing our platform to handle increased traffic and volume, as well as improving the speed and efficiency of our insurance shopping and refinancing services.     Responsibilities:

    • Analyze vast amounts of data, conduct investigations, and pinpoint opportunities to optimize our operations and backend systems for better efficiency
    • Research and implement the latest AI tools to enhance our app's performance
    • Identify key areas where automation can address user pain points and streamline our app's flow
    • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations teams to introduce new features that aim to make the insurance shopping and maintenance process seamless and enjoyable

    Ideal profile:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management, consulting, or business operations
    • Proficient in conducting thorough analyses, forming valuable hypotheses, and validating outcomes
    • Bonus points for navigating an early startup environment
