    Description

    Recruitment Coordinator (Maui)

    Responsibilities & Background

    • 2-4 years of recruitment, HR, or recruitment coordination
    • Healthcare industry experience is a huge plus
    • This role is 60% recruitment and 40% coordination, special projects, etc.
    • Manage recruitment and onboarding for medical professionals at hospitals across Maui
    • Collaborate with leadership on hiring strategies and recruit candidates through various channels.
    • Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
    • Handle provider contracting and invoicing & coordinate post-hire onboarding for staff and temporary providers.
    • Assist with physician start-up processes.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent planning, organization, and project management abilities.

    Location: Maui, Onsite

    Compensation: 67-80K base salary
