    Description


    Intermediate consulting position that acts as a liaison between the clinical and financial departments, leveraging Health Information Management and/or Acute Case Management specific knowledge.

    As a member of the team, exercises judgement within defined procedures to evaluate and analyze data, provide technical build expertise to deliver application offering and innovations to external customer engagements.

    Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
    2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
    Responsibilities

    Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

    May perform other duties as assigned. Receives general instruction on new projects or assignments. Strong understanding of healthcare strategy, operations, and ability to adjust to changing industry regulatory requirement.

    US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $24.86 to $60.63 per hour; from $51,700 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
