    Job Description:
    · Vous avez plus de 6 à 8 ans d'expérience de projets dans le

    Mfg/A&D/Auto/Construction

    : cabinet de conseil, DSI/DOSI/AMOA interne/ éditeur de solution progicielle
    · Vous maitrisez les différentes phases de mise en œuvre de grands projets de transformation dans les industries manufacturières et de la construction.
    o A composante Digitale, IA et IT
    o Pour le compte des directions métiers (ou des directions organisations & méthodes)
    o Avec plusieurs expériences réussies d'embarquement de comité de direction
    · Vous avez plusieurs expériences réussies en animation d'atelier et avez déjà animé des comités de pilotage
    · Vous savez contribuer à une proposition commerciale
    · Vous êtes à l'aise pour faire le lien entre le métier et les SI
    · Vous maîtrisez bien les activités métiers, AMOA et conduite du changement d'un projet de transformation et savez conseiller nos clients sur leur organisation pour atteindre leurs objectifs métier et obtenir des équipes SI la valeur attendue pour leur business
    · Vous êtes un facilitateur, fan de co-construction
    · Vous avez un fort leadership.
    · Vous avez une appétence commerciale
    · Vous êtes autonome et disposez d'un esprit d'initiative
    · Vous parlez couramment anglais
    · Vous êtes mobile
