The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Extensive experience working as an engineering leader focused on enabling and driving engineering excellence at scale.
Experience and knowledge of cloud engineering best practices and a deep understanding of industry trends for emerging practices and principles.
Experience working with container technology, APIs and large scale applications.Proven track record, inspiring the creativity and innovation of engineering teams, creating a culture of inclusion, experimentation, exploration, and continuous learning.
Strong experience leading and fostering communities of engineering to amplify learning and the adoption of engineering best practices.Proven ability to navigate and collaborate across the organization, with peers and senior management, influencing where necessary to ensure chapter areas objectives and standards are aligned.
Extensive experience developing hiring strategies to attract the very best in diverse talent and developing skills we need today and in the future.
