Description

For our nursing Diakonie station in Kaltenkirchen, we are looking for a Deputy Station and Deployment Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Tasks and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the station and deployment management independently with the following tasks:

· Advice, guidance and support for nursing clients and their relatives;

· Ensuring personnel deployment planning, taking into account economic aspects, professional qualifications of employees, labor law regulations and the wishes of nursing clients and employees;

· Conducting initial and admission interviews and the associated planning of deployments, taking into account individual preferences;

· Ensuring individually planned, holistic and activating care in accordance with nursing standards and implementation of the nursing mission statement;

· Ensuring nursing quality;

· Customer care and complaint management;

· Cooperation with the local churches, doctors, hospitals and institutions in the region;

· As well as other customer, employee and organization-related tasks.

Requirements

· Qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) and recognized further training as a nursing service manager desirable - we are happy to support you in obtaining the qualification;

· Several years of management experience in leading a nursing unit desired;
