Job summary

The Sales Development Representative will be the front line of revenue creating qualified meetings and opportunities by engaging homeowners and home-improvement pros,
and building a repeatable outbound engine (calls, email, social). SDRs are a core pipeline function in SaaS focused on prospecting + qualifying + setting demos.
  • Prospect & qualify
    inbound and outbound leads
  • Run multi-channel outreach:
    calls, emails, LinkedIn/social
    follow-ups, and light nurturing until a meeting is booked.
  • Book qualified demos
    and ensure handoff notes are clean (pain, timeline, budget range, project type, decision makers).
  • Maintain
    excellent CRM hygiene:
    accurate notes,
    stages,
    next steps,
    ativity logging.
  • Learn and deliver tight value prop for Projectz AI (why it's better than spreadsheets fragmented vendors,
