Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT system administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and directly contributing to the efficiency and success of our logistics operations.Responsibilities
- Managing, monitoring, and building out systems in current and future departments across the US will be your main focus.
- In doing so, you'll apply the requirements and best practices set out by the centralized IT department. You'll work closely with internal teams and report on project progress, incidents, and future improvements in a timely manner.
- You'll provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network-related incidents to IT colleagues in multiple departments in the US.
