+Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min 5 years) as a system administrator or similar role in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing, monitoring, and building out systems in current and future departments across the US will be your main focus.
- You'll provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network-related incidents to IT colleagues in multiple departments in the US.
- You'll work on projects to improve internal operations in collaboration with external vendors and service providers as needed.
