Your exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish will enable you to effectively interact with our diverse tenant community.

Responsibilities:

• Collect rent payments and handle related inquiries
• Process new leases and renewals
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Provide outstanding customer service to tenants
• Communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, and team members

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• 1+ year of experience in rent collection, lease administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in property management software (a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
