- Ensure that enrollment meetings for new and existing clients are scheduled, prepped, and delivered.
- Provide employee education to new and existing clients both in person and via phone queue for participants. Travel required.
- Work with our client's employees to develop a personal plan for retirement.
- Prepare enrollment communication material.
- Support client and participant via e-mail inquiry queue.
- Support education is needed for 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and DB cash balance plans.
- Develop and monitor employee education curriculum based on business and client needs.
- Present educational topics to clients, employees, CPAs/Advisors over the phone and or video.
- Stay current with changing retirement plan rules and regulations.
- Prepare and provide plan and participant-level reporting through the Relius recordkeeping platform and Crystal reports.
- Provide training support for other team members as needed.
- Supports peers in a lead capacity to solve internal and external client issues.
- Responsible for developing, leading, and delivering employee education meetings for our retirement plan services clients and their employees both on-site at clients' locations and virtually.
- This individual will possess the ability to speak in front of groups and employees on a one-to-one basis with knowledge of retirement plans and investment portfolios.
- The Enrollment Specialist II will lead and implement program enhancements for presentations and materials for participant education.
- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree in a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of retirement industry experience required.
- Series 65 required.
- Working knowledge of Relius record-keeping systems is required.
- Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, CRM Database, PowerPoint, email, and internet usage preferred.
- Knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations relating to qualified plans.
- Retirement industry experience required.
- Professional level presentation experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
- Keying/typing, standing, walking.
- Sitting for an extended period.
- Constant mental and/or visual attention; the work is either repetitive or diversified requiring constant alertness in an office environment.
- The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during the normal performance of the job.
- Compliance with company attendance standards.
