WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE PRACTICAL PART

Do you want to keep Mannheim's wastewater central cleaning running and keep the city alive? Be involved in the planning, control and management of the essential processes in the sewage treatment plant from the first day of your apprenticeship. Get authentic insights into the cleaning processes of the sewage treatment plant and actively participate in the regular inspection of facilities and machines.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THEORY

A little theory never hurts. The theoretical part of your apprenticeship takes place as block lessons at the Kerschensteinerschule in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. There you will learn everything you need to know for your practical work in wastewater treatment: you will be taught valuable background knowledge in the areas of environmental engineering, plant engineering, machine technology and measurement/analysis technology.

AND AFTER GRADUATION?

After successfully completing your apprenticeship, you have the opportunity to work in wastewater management, for example in municipal sewage treatment plants in the city.
