• Supervise and engage children in various educational and recreational activities
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management techniques when necessary
• Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and cleaning up after children
• Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
• Create and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and ageappropriate teaching methods
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
