Wesernetz, as part of the swb group, is responsible for the supply networks of electricity, natural gas, heat, drinking water, and district heating in Bremen and Bremerhaven, as well as the natural gas networks in Stuhr, Weyhe, and the Thedinghausen community.

The core tasks of this innovative network operator, with around 950 employees, include the transportation, storage, and measurement of energy and drinking water.

The expansion of heat supply, services and products related to renewable energies, and further digitalization are key pillars of the company's development.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a competent and experienced leader for our location in Bremen as Head of Network Usage Management (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for all processes related to network usage and network balancing.

You will lead a team of 20 people, report directly to the department head, and manage the management and forecasting of network balancing groups, network usage balancing, and balancing group settlement (MaBiS, GABi).

Efficient implementation of supplier switching processes, ensuring high service quality, and collaboration with IT service providers are other key areas of responsibility.
