Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.

Your role will involve diagnosing and treating illnesses, promoting health and wellness, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families
• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) system (e.g., Epic)
• Participate in clinical research studies as needed Requirements:
• Valid certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Master's degree in Nursing with specialization in Family Practice
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in acute pain management, pediatrics, ophthalmology, pain management, phlebotomy, clinical research, basic life support (BLS), esthetic laser treatment, and lifting techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
