To be able to do this successfully, we are looking for a contract employee (m/f/d) for our Berlin office as soon as possible, full-time.

Tasks:

Overall responsibility for the legal protection area in close cooperation with the responsible union secretary, including recording and processing incoming and outgoing legal protection mail, receiving legal protection applications and reviewing the necessary documents, coordinating/monitoring legal protection consultations in consultation with the advisory secretaries, managing and archiving legal protection files, independent correspondence in legal cases with the DGB and lawyers in coordination with the responsible advisory secretary
Independent analysis of our members' satisfaction with services and communication
Independent advice, processing, and coordination of matters/services of the social security fund for the area of the office
Contact person for all group insurances/service providers
Coordination/monitoring of member consultations by the insured spokespersons
Contact person for all groups with pre and postmeeting preparation
