    Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician

    Location: Sacramento, CA

    Overview: An exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior HVAC Technician in Sacramento, CA. Ideal for a highly experienced professional passionate about the HVAC industry, this role involves leading the implementation and management of complex HVAC systems, conducting advanced diagnostics, and managing detailed warranty repairs. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive HVAC knowledge to drive our projects to success, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the commissioning and startup of advanced HVAC systems across diverse commercial settings, setting standards for excellence in quality and performance.
    • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure systems operate efficiently and last longer.
    • Handle warranty repairs with precision, adhering to our high standards of quality.
    • Oversee significant HVAC projects from concept through completion, focusing on meeting customer expectations and delivering project success.
    • Mentor our technical team, sharing expertise to enhance their understanding and skills in the HVAC field.

    Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree or professional certification in HVAC technology, specializing in complex systems like chillers, boilers, and VRF units.
    • At least 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in system startups, commissioning, and conducting advanced diagnostics.
    • Deep knowledge of leading HVAC systems and equipment.
    • Strong project management capabilities and excellent communication skills.
    • Local to Sacramento, CA, or willing to relocate, with a proven stable work history.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in HVAC controls and building automation systems.
    • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing technical teams.
