- Knowledge of painting, finish work and minor carpentry

- Ability to speak, read and write English fluently

The Overnight Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for supervising the maintenance efforts including the physical aspects of the building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, major appliances, pool and preventive maintenance
General Responsibilities Include:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Completing work ordersPreventative maintenance relating to all property's rooms, public areas & amenitiesMaintain focus on a high-level guest satisfactionPreparing VIP RoomsSkills/

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
At least 5 years experience in a 250 + room luxury hotel preferredGrooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)The pay range for this position is $22.76 to start and $26.77 after 90 days.
