Looking for
Billing Clerk to create invoices from technicians' service calls and appointment calendar for Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning contractor located in Easton, PA.
Customer Service involves answering telephones and compiling the information for the owner to schedule service calls and reporting other pertinent information.
Skills required
:
very strong written and verbal communication, spelling, excellent grammar, organization, and follow-through. Attention to detail.
Fast and accurate typing - preferably typing the information when speaking to the customer.
Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Google Calendar, and Accounting experience. Reliable transportation. Part-time, 25-30 hours per week.Job Type:
