- Supporting critical work-streams within ORS and the OFAM Front Office including data analysis and reporting at the Assistant Commissioner level.
- Supporting the development and implementation of OFAM and ORS strategic initiatives.
- Assisting with providing executive support for ORS Director including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, reserving conference room space, preparing briefs and read-ahead documents, etc.
- Helping to ensure completion of ORS strategic objectives.
- Supporting managing special projects for the ORS Director and Branch Chiefs as required.
- Supporting managing the OFAM inventive recruitment hiring efforts:
- Helping manage the real-time tracking system that provides greater transparency, assigns accountability, and provides visibility on all human capital transactions.
- Developing and implementing automated solutions that reduce processing times and increase reporting capabilities related to staffing.
- Helping manage and develop content for reporting at the OFAM Recruitment Community of Practice.
- Supporting managing Performance Management efforts for ORS including:
- Developing performance plans and goals for supervisory staff within ORS.
- Identifying accomplishments and progress towards goals for Mid-Year and end of Year reviews for Division Director and Branch Chiefs.
- Providing ORS accomplishments for incorporation into Assistant Commissioner's performance review.
- Highlighting ORS accomplishments in talking points and briefings for above-mentioned meetings.
- Developing and implementing an automated system for the collection and reporting of performance metrics as related to the ORS and OFAM mission.
- Maintain Tables of Organization and update Organizational Charts displayed on SharePoint.
- Leading and managing support of OFAM Diversity Program including DEIA briefings.
- Leading and managing support for OFAM Succession Management Initiatives.
- Leading and managing support for Self-Nominating Leadership Development Program and Self-Nominating Leadership Program.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience is desired performing the full range of activities related to program management, program support, change management, and Governance within Federal or State agencies.
