Description

We are currently looking for an Application Specialist DMS (m/f/d) to join our team at St. Leo. This position is located in Münster with the option for remote work.

What you can expect in this job:

Implementation of projects using DMI software for long-term archiving in collaboration with DMI partners, as well as ongoing support for these programs
Assistance with managing document management systems hosted in DMI data centers
Monitoring and optimization of existing IT infrastructure and related processes
2nd level support for any issues that may arise, directly communicating with clients
Creation of documentation in the knowledge base

What we are looking for:

Completed vocational training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration, IT specialist for application development, IT administrator) or relevant work experience in the IT field
Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a structured approach to problem analysis and selfinitiative
Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
Knowledge of MS SQL is advantageous
Knowledge or experience in scripting or programming is desirable
