We are currently seeking a Global Depot Manager/Sr Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany.

The Role

The Global Depot Manager/Sr Manager will be responsible for overseeing safe and efficient operations, including:

Planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the inspection, imaging, repair, maintenance, and storage of clients' equipment (such as laptops, desktops, servers, IT devices, and Instacart shopping carts)
Leading a highly effective team to provide excellent service to external clients and meet their service level agreements (SLAs)

This is a critical role that offers both challenges and rewards.

Manage all depots and depot operations, ensuring compliance with clients' SLAs
Promote a safe and productive workplace
Ensure compliance with local regulations and clients' corporate policies and procedures at all 26 locations
