    **Line Cook Wanted (Weekend Availability) - Venice Daytime Cafe ($ Tips)**

    523 Rose Ave, Venice, CA 90291, USA Req #13 Monday, November 1, 2021 Bluestone Lane is the leading premium Australian-influenced Coffee & Hospitality brand. We are now seeking full and part time passionate & customer focused Line Cooks to join our team at our cafe at 523 Rose Ave. Venice, CA The Line Cook role is all encompassing--every day you may be assigned to something different, **line cook or expo** , it's all hands on deck We help one another to bring our best every day.

    Please note Bluestone Lane will require COVID vaccination for all teammates. All applicants must already be vaccinated prior to submitting an application. Individuals may request exemption from the vaccine requirement for medical or religious reasons.

    **What you'll do:**

    Follow all DOH & Bluestone Lane Health & Safety and ServSafe standards - operate a clean and organized kitchen

    Achieve promise times for all tickets, we never want to make the local wait

    Expo product from kitchen to pass, ensuring proper presentation of our premium broad product

    Understand and consistently comply with Bluestone Lane Recipes, focusing on standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen processes and procedures

    Every evening, make sure your team is set up for success by leaving the kitchen prepped, stocked, and clean for the next morning's service

    Contribute positively to the team environment, working cohesively with the team
