    Your Role:

    As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing patients' lives by providing physical therapy services to improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include:

    • Evaluating clients' functional levels and home environments
    • Providing prescribed physical therapy services
    • Administering therapeutic exercises and treatments
    • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
    • Assessing and updating care plans
    • Supervising physical therapy assistants
    • Completing necessary documentation

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for clinical excellence and patient care
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to ongoing education and growth
    • Ability to work in diverse environments
    • Proficiency in EHR systems and regulatory compliance
    • Strong decision-making and leadership skills
    • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
    • Minimum one year of experience as a physical therapist
    • Valid PT licensure and CPR certification
