Blue Blush Clothing is a fast-growing wholesale fashion company in women's apparel and we are seeking for a full-time e-commerce customer service manager to join our ecommerce sales team.
- Manage and develop the ecommerce customer support team
- Oversee the order fulfillment for company website and online wholesale platforms such as Fashion Go, Faire, etc.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, production, marketing, and shipping to ensure order fulfillment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing ecommerce, online marketplace.
- N41 ERP experience preferred.
