This position supports patients in Irwin, PA and surrounding areas, providing management and delivery of patient care plans. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment to help you grow in your career.& Key Responsibilities● Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans● Support patients in Irwin, PA and surrounding areas● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting● Self-manage time and schedule& Schedule and Shift Details● 40 hours per week, weekend shifts& Travel● Occasional local travel& qualifications

    required

    • Associate degree or higher
    • 1+& years of experience in& ANY& of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR
    • TruChart EHR
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
    • Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
    • ANY& of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
