    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our Madison client's team for multiple commercial properties on the west side of Madison.

    Responsibilities:
    - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC, plumbing and other facility repairs and tasks responding to company and tenant requests.
    - Complete preventative maintenance duties.
    - Perform basic landscaping and snow removal duties.
    - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs.
    - Perform event set up, overall maintenance, unloading/storage of deliveries and clean up projects as needed.
    - Assist in managing contracts with vendors for a variety of trades for various projects.

    Requirements:
    - Must have a valid driver's license .
    - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and other team members.
    - Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
    - Capacity to work independently and as a part of a team.

    Available for night/weekend on-call duty.

    Complete benefit package including bonus pay based on individual and company performance.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year

    Schedule:

    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday

    Experience:

    • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

    License/Certification:

    • Driver's License (Required)

    Ability to Commute:

    • Madison, WI (Required)

    Work Location: In person
