    As a new Maintenance Technician at Placon Corporation, you can expect to dive right into the action. Whether you're on the night shift from 6 pm to 6 am or the day shift from 6 am to 6 pm, your schedule will involve working two days on and having two days off, ensuring a good balance between work and personal time. Get ready to jump into various maintenance tasks, from equipment inspections to preventive maintenance routines. You'll collaborate with a team of energetic and forward-thinking individuals, all striving for operational excellence in a fun and high-performance culture.

    To thrive as a Maintenance Technician at Placon Corporation, you'll need a solid foundation. This includes either a High School Diploma with at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics, or a related field. Your expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team, coupled with your problem-solving and critical thinking skills, will set you up for an exciting and fulfilling career as part of our dynamic organization.

    Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

    • High School Diploma and 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
    • OR
    • Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology
    • Industrial Electronics or related field
