Lealman, FL is seeking a Specialist in Communication and HR Social Media (f/m/d) to join our team. Our unit is dedicated to providing the highest safety, health, environmental, and compliance standards for cruising. We focus on effective communication and efficient processes between ship and shore.

Our goal is to achieve net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, and we have established a new center of excellence to support this mission.


As a Specialist in Communication and HR Social Media, you will be responsible for managing our external communication channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and our website.

This includes developing content for our LinkedIn company page and creating posts to enhance our online presence. You will also be responsible for generating monthly reports on our LinkedIn activities.


To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Advertisement, as well as previous experience in Digital Advertising and HR Marketing.

Knowledge of LinkedIn and data analysis tools for HR Marketing purposes is required. Experience with visual design and video editing tools for content production is also preferred.

We are looking for a team player who is interested in collaborating with our brands and participating in corporate-wide projects.

Fluency in English is necessary, as it is our company language, and proficiency in MS Office is required.
