    Chili Johns in Burbank, CA is looking for one kitchen manager to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 2018 W Burbank Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

    Responsibilities

    • Design of food and drink menu
    • Coordinate food orders.
    • Supervise food prep and cooking.
    • Check food plating and temperature.
    • Establish portion sizes.
    • Price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
    • Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Imaginative cooking skills.
    • Mentoring and training ability.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Calm approach to stressful environments.
    • Problem-solving.
    • High level of attention to detail.
