- Familiarity with variety of projects including industrial , waste handling, recycling, resource recovery, environmental remediation, and food and beverage facilities from concept through construction.
- Develop conceptual designs for new industrial facilities.
- Effectively manage multi-discipline design
- Ability to lead owner communication and client management.
- Coordinate and lead a design team with sub-consultants of various disciplines
- Respond to contractor RFIs and submittals
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Assist in developing project cost estimates and proposals
- Maintain project documentation
- Lead project design meetings
- Travel to client or project sites 25%
- 10-15 years engineering experience with engineering design and engineering team management.
- Engineering license required
- Construction and Design-Build experience preferred
- Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook)
- Proven ability to lead teams and solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
