Facility Management Employee (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the functionality of the energy and building technology, heating, ventilation, cooling, and plumbing areas in a team of technicians
  • You independently carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and servicing tasks and closely collaborate with internal and external service providers
  • You are actively involved in any necessary construction and renovation work in the building
  • Regular inspection rounds to identify any defects in the property
  • Keeping and maintaining error, testing, maintenance, and inspection reports
  • Documenting work processes
  • Crosstrade supervision of supply systems
  • Participation in VOB acceptance procedures
  • Coordination of external companies for maintenance and repair work
  • Procurement management of consumables

What convinces us:


  • You have completed a technical education or a technical degree in the fields of electrical engineering, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, plumbing, or facility management
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position is desirable
  • You have experience in handling building control and automation technology, as well as maintenance and upkeep
