VN Engineers, Inc.

is seeking a full-time Sewer Construction Inspector for the sewer rehabilitation and or repair of sewer mains and service laterals in the West Hartford Sewer shed.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Inspect work performed by construction contractors to ensure conformance with contract plans and specifications
  • Contract administration
  • Report daily progress and prepare daily work reports
  • Track and document quality and quantities of work performed
  • Report and document construction problems and challenges in the field
  • Other oversight responsibilities as assigned

Salary based on level of experience.


Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Construction inspection: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (required)


  • NICET II

  • Highway Construction (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • West Hartford, CT: Relocate before starting work (required)
