PLEASE READ BELOW:
We are currently looking for strong litigators (7+ years minimum) without probate experience.
We are a Probate and Trust Litigation firm that is looking to expand and teach a strong Litigation Attorney Probate and Trust Litigation.
You need to be interested in making this change.We will be investing into getting you up to speed in the first couple of months on the probate side but the litigation foundation needs to be there.
Ideally someone from family law would be best, but open to all civil litigation.Position Overview:
Provide legal advice to clients in family and civil law matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Research relevant case law and other legal matters.
Conduct discovery and conduct depositions.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
Provide advice on legal matters to clients.
Develop and manage litigation strategies.
Keep track of all case-related paperwork.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of five years of experience in litigation.
Strong experience in family and civil law.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and legal research skills.
Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
